GCC (Guru Creative Contract) – Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that all participation decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

4. GCC Matrix Plan & Rewards

Rewards, incentives, and participation benefits under the GCC Matrix Plan are governed by platform rules.

GCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan, reward structure, or distribution method at any time.

All rewards are subject to eligibility, system availability, and compliance requirements.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GCC systems, accounts, or data.

Manipulate, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations or integrity.

Use bots, automated scripts, or malicious software.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and legal action where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on GCC, including but not limited to:

Software

Source code

Logos

Trademarks

Text and graphics

are the exclusive property of GCC or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

GCC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Financial loss

Participation losses

System downtime

Technical failures

Unauthorized access

You agree to use GCC Services entirely at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

GCC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may voluntarily terminate their account by following the platform’s procedure.

Termination does not waive obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction to be specified].
